Ces
cliniques effectuent le test génétique de la MH
et offrent des services de consultation. Avant d’accomplir
le test, un conseiller en génétique aide la personne
à explorer les raisons la poussant à effectuer ce
test et la prépare à en accepter le résultat.
Après le test, les services de consultation sont axés
sur la compréhension de l’impact des résultats,
qu’ils soient positifs ou négatifs, sur la personne
et sa famille.
