INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCIENTIFIC POSTER ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Deadline: Monday, April 14, 2003

1. We are currently accepting regular abstracts, which may report previously published research work. As of April 15, 2003, we will begin to accept the late-breaking research abstracts, which must be timely and represent new and previously unpublished research.

2. Abstracts may only be submitted to the WCHD using the online application form.

3. The abstract should contain authors (last name, first name and initial), title, author's affiliations and a text limited to no more than 300 words.

4. At the end of the abstract text, please disclose any personal financial relationship of the author(s) with any products or sponsors. If none, explicitly indicate no personal financial relationship.

5. Figures, tables and/or references are allowed but should be calculated in the 300-word limit.

6. Those who submitted regular abstracts will be notified in May 2003 about the acceptability of the abstract for a poster presentation. Those submitting late-breaking research abstracts will be notified by June 30, 2003.
