The Huntington Society of Canada

Huntington disease (HD) is a fatal inherited brain disorder with devastating effects on both mind and body.

One in every 1000 Canadians is touched by HD -- directly, or as a family member, person at risk, or caregiver. Every child of an HD parent has a 50% risk of inheriting the disease.

The Huntington Society of Canada (HSC) is a national network of volunteers and professionals. Together, we're working to build a brighter tomorrow for everyone whose life is touched by HD.

This Web site is currently under construction. A new site will be going on-line shortly. Please be advised that certain information on this current site may be dated. If you have any questions, please contact the Society at [email protected].
