World Congress on Huntington’s Disease

Scientists and members of lay organizations from around the world will get together for the Third World Congress on Huntington’s Disease being held in Dresden from September 9 – 12, 2007.

The Congress is a joint meeting of the World Federation of Neurology Research Group on Huntington's Disease and the International Huntington Association (IHA), traditionally held every two years. Since the 2003 Congress in Toronto the meeting has been restructured to offer a scientific program that is open to both researchers and HD organizations.

The scientific program includes presentations on such areas as genetics, drug discovery and development, the latest advances in therapeutic areas, clinical trial results and future plans, and more.

The Congress will be of interest to all researchers and health professionals interested in HD, and to members of the HD organizations from around the world.
