My father passed away almost a year ago. He was diagnosed with Huntington's and suffered with it until the day he died. Currently I am in the process of getting tested. I had the first appointment in London, Ontario and am now looking for an Insurance Company that deals with HD. As well as the difficulty of living in fear of inheriting HD, I have found it hard to learn the process of getting tested. I find that it is less stressful if you know what hoops you must jump through prior to going through the process. Information on a few Insurance Companies in the local area that deal with HD would be muchly appreciated. Thanks.
